Founded in 2004, our company - JF designs, manufactures and markets reliable high pressure valves, wellhead equipment and Christmas tree assembly according to API 6A for oilfield applications. We also manufacture OEM replacement parts.

JF has strong technical proficiency and a varied line of high quality processing devices in addition to modernized detection and test facilities, along with a full set of production lines comprising welding, nondestructive inspection, machine work, assembling, pressure testing and painting. We use advanced management software for design and development, including CAD, Solid-works, ERP and others.

JF has import-export operation rights and a complete quality management system, and has acquired certificates like ISO9001 and API 6A. The standards like API, ASME, MSS are used in product design. Specifications range from PSL1 to PSL3. Materials include AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF. To meet API requirements, we deploy material tensile machines, low temperature impact machines, ultrasonic fault detectors, magnetic defect detectors, hydraulic testing machine and a 3000KG hardness testing machine to ensure heat treatment hardness and the chemical composition of all materials, as well as to meet the requirement of material for 60K, 75K, 90K and 105K.
